Privacy Policy

This policy covers the social media publishing tool operated by Davar Adil at shoutrrr.davaradil.com (the "App"). The App is a private, self-hosted tool used by Davar Adil and authorized team members to plan, schedule and publish posts to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts they manage, and to view how those posts perform. It is not offered to the public.

1. Who is responsible

2. Data the App receives from Meta

Only after you log in with Facebook and grant permission, the App receives:

The list of Facebook Pages you manage, with their names, IDs and profile pictures.
The Instagram professional accounts linked to those Pages (ID and username).
Access tokens that let the App publish on those Pages and accounts.
Posts published through the App, and their performance data such as reach, reactions and comments.

The App does not access personal Facebook profiles, friends lists, private messages, or any Page or account you have not connected.

3. How the data is used

To publish and schedule the posts you create in the App.
To show the performance of those posts inside the App.

The data is not sold, rented or used for advertising targeting. It is not shared with anyone except Meta, as required to publish posts, and the server host that stores it.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on a private server operated by Davar Adil. Connections to the App use HTTPS, and access is limited to authorized team members with their own login.

5. How long data is kept

Data is kept while a Page or account stays connected. When it is disconnected, its access tokens are removed and the related data is deleted within 30 days.

6. How to delete your data

You can have your data deleted in any of these ways:

Remove the App in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select the App and click Remove.
Disconnect the Page or account inside the App.
Email davar@davaradil.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the Page or account name.

Requests are completed within 30 days, and you will get a confirmation by email.

7. Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
